Project Springfield
Project Springfield is the pixel art masterpiece of Kyle McCoy. It is a 40 square-foot multi-layered model of Springfield from the hit show "The Simpsons." It features over 40 individual pieces, 54 locations and 166 characters. McCoy reported that he used over 140,000 perler beads to create the piece over a period of two years. It has been featured on Yahoo, New York Magazine, New York Daily News, The Times Ledger, Glamour, Daily Mail, Buzzfeed and more!
