Project Springfield is definitely the largest piece I've ever done. It is a 40 square-foot multi-layered model of Springfield from the hit show "The Simpsons." It features over 40 individual pieces, 54 locations and 166 characters. I used just over 140,000 perler beads to create the piece over a period of two years. I had just gotten into pixel art and wanted to do something big. Few things in my life have had an impact on me the way "The Simpsons" did. This is my tribute to a show that practically shaped my humor. It has been featured on Yahoo, New York Magazine, New York Daily News, The Times Ledger, Glamour, Daily Mail, Buzzfeed and more. Enjoy!
